Delivery

The process for making orders for deliveries of our bags of kindling is very straight forward and simple.

Due to the world of internet technology now with orders being placed worldwide for many different products, the accustomed method of ordering products online has become a standard process of which the customer clicks on a drop-down tab, order the desired quantity of product and then the product is delivered to their door within days. As our staff are busy producing and packaging kindling during the days, it has been decided logistically, that it would be more pragmatic and less of a carbon footprint to have a set-a-side dedicated day of delivery to deliver our bags in a planned route rather than traveling backwards and forwards, here, there and everywhere so to maintain our duty of minimising our carbon footprint, then from the time of ordering our product, it may be a maximum of 7 days before it is delivered.
